Healing is not Linear.
Energetic medicine is a subtle, yet profound way to support the soul on its journey, which is filled with ups and downs, successes and failures. The journey is spiral in nature as we suddenly and unexpectedly find ourselves revisiting childhood wounds that we thought we had healed, and rediscovering gifts we thought we had lost. Into the Depths offers a new perspective of trauma, and the wounds of the soul that serve to bring us closer to the fullest of our authentic selves.
This course explores the Sumerian Myth, The Descent of Inanna, along with healing narratives from across the globe. As do all archetypal myths, the story is layered with symbols and meaning that have broad applications across times and culture. We'll explore how the 9 Stages of Soul Healing- from Containment to Emergence- are reflected in the healing process when using energetic medicine. We'll compare Inanna's transformation to modern myths- like Disney’s Moana and Beyonce’s Lemonade Album- the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) of Change, and the 4 Stages of Flower Essence Therapy. This course also covers how to set short- term, mid-range and long-term goals as mile markers as we monitor soul transformation in ourselves and/or clients.
This course is open to all professionals and students in the healing arts (Acupuncturists, massage therapists, REIKI practitioners, therapists, life coaches, energy workers, etc.)

Course Details
Into the Depths: 9 Stages of Soul Healing is open to all wellness practitioners as well as those immersed in a healing journey.
This is a foundational course for the Flower Essence Practitioner Certification program. There is also a required student discussion forum with weekly assignments.
This class meets during the Winter Quarter. January-February 2025. 80% attendance is required for certification credit.

Meet Lindsay!
Lindsay Fauntleroy is the founder and director of the Spirit Seed, ans the author of In Our Element: Soul Medicine to Unleash your Personal Power. She was drawn to the healing arts after her own journey to fertility introduced her to the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Her extensive training includes a Master of Arts from New York University, a Master of Science from Tri-State College of Acupuncture, and clinical training in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Lindsay is currently a student at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where is is pursuing a PhD in Depth Psychology and Integrative Healing Practices.
Lindsay firmly believes that the power to heal should rest in the hands and hearts of all communities. Her approach to soul medicine emerges from over 15 years of clinical practice, her doctoral research of Indigenous and African Diasporic psychology, and her commitment to community wellness. One of her greatest joys is supervising advanced students in the Spirit Seed clinical residency, as emerging practitioners bring the soulful work of Flower Essence Therapy to diverse communities around the world.
