Energetics of Emotion

Why do we sometimes act in ways that defy reason? During times of stress, the limbic system of the brain- which is responsible for emotions and arousal- is heightened. This workshop introduces the Five Elements as a thematic tool for helping us explore our inner world. We learn how to approach our emotions as allies for our soul development instead of something to fear, suppress, or avoid.
